S&L services are as follows:
Each organization will receive a development plan as part of their services. The development plan will identify how to diversify the company’s portfolio. We identify the areas of concern and show you how to increase funding for the future. S&L Consultants offer two packages to meet the needs of each organization.

Introductory Grant Services

Introductory Grant Services is designed for new start up organizations with limited capital that need assistance in research and writing grants.

S&L Consultants will research foundations, corporate and government grants in the organizations field.

Identify top prospects for funding in areas of need for the organization, operating, project and capital support.

Create a template and schedule for submitting letter of inquiry and proposal to top prospects.

Assist in creating and packaging the essential mandatory documents.

Customized Grant Writing Services

Customized Grant writing Services is designed for organization that are operating but do not have the current staff to support the growth of the company. This packet will assist in the organizations growth and secure their future through planning and development. This is designed for organizations that want to add new services or increase their current services.

S&L will research foundation, corporate and government grants in the organizations field.

Identify different types of funding sources to target. Funding sources include but not limited to private, foundations, corporate, and individual. Based on the organization, S&L Consultants will target federal, state, county or municipalities proposals.

Identify top prospects for funding in areas of need for the organization, operating, project and capital support.

Create a template, chart and schedule for submitting letters of inquiry and proposal to top prospects.

Prepare, submit, and track letters of inquiry on the organizations behalf.

Write proposals: including narrative, program description, organizational charts, problem and need statement.

Both packets can be offered on a monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly basis. Fees are based on the chosen packet and the time frame chosen. S&L also offers special services to established organizations on a project basis. S&L will consult with the organizations staff on specific needs or target areas on an as needed basis. Fees will be based on the project.
