Academic Achievers/S&L Consultants has developed a series of Entrepreneurship Workshops that that teach students how to understand business operations and principles to owning their own business. Students create their own business, learn to market their skills and receive financial literacy lessons. The workshops empower future entrepreneurs, leaders, and expands career exploration. Students learn critical thinking skills, enhance public speaking skills, acquire self-awareness, build confidence and learn how to establish cooperative learning environments. Students learn the difference between wholesale and retail, the four types of businesses, goods verses services business, market analysis, business plans, business legal structures, budgeting and record keeping.
